Boomtown Reservation Policy

A few friendly notes:

• We do not accept same-day reservations after 12pm.

• For groups of 8 or more, an 18% auto-gratuity will be added to the bill. (Heads up—it's the organizer’s job to pass that along to the group. It keeps things smooth and transparent!)

• We do our best to respond to all reservation requests in the order they come in. That said, our space is limited and not all requests can be accommodated.

• Your reservation is confirmed only once we’ve emailed you back with the green light. Until then, it’s not official.
